It is best to access the building via the car park. The entry to the carpark area is shown with the red arrow above. The carpark entry code will be sent to you in booking confirmation email. There is visitor parking just opposite the building entrance. You can use the lift or the stairs. I am on the first floor: Prism Mental Health Services.  Go through the double doors on your left as you  come up the stairs or exit the lift.   Please take a seat in the waiting area.
